Ties are missing

There is at least ONE tie not available to get, the first tie in "Silent but dadly" Ive looked all over the level for it, but I can find it, Ive looked all over the Internet for where it would be, but no one has found it yet, I guess. PLEASE FIX I NEED TO 100% THIS!

EDIT: Found it in the toilet while trying to access "Toilet and Trouble"
